Ever been to a Bistro AIX wine dinner? If not you are missing out. If so you know what I am talking about. Wine, great food, and an interesting fact or two you can repeat at a cocktail party to amuse your friends. Tomorrow night AIX will be hosting Sean Foster, senior winemaker at Merryvale Vineyards, a Napa Valley family-owned winery. Merryvale is renowned for a variety of delicious wines. Chef Tom will pair each course of the meal to the selection of Merryvale Wines. One wine to look out for is the Sauvignon Blanc from the Winery at Starmont. Starmont is a green winery that specializes in sustainably farmed grapes.
