July – what – how did that happen? July is in two days. It’s time to make reservations for the Kuleto Estate winemaker’s dinner at Matthew’s. Dave Lattin, winemaker at Kuleto, will share four wines and give a presentation. Small by design, Kuleto focuses on estate grown, handmade wines. Pat Kuleto, founder of Kuleto Estate, was originally a restaurateur. With Kuletos’ foodie background, you can be assured the wines will pair magically with Matthew’s celebrated cuisine. Kuleto and Matthew’s together I just can’t see wine not.
