With the completion of the tennis court resurfacing and some disability upgrades to the tennis locker room facility, the park should be ready for summer! The City also recently accepted a grant of approximately 20,000 from the USTA to assist with the cost of reconstruction of the asphalt courts. New lights were also recently added to Southside Park to provide additional security for the playground area.

Last year a number of repairs to the building including air conditioning and replacement of a broken window went unattended far too long. If you notice any City facility that is not being maintained please let me know so we can stay on top of the issue.
