Superintendent, Dr. Vitti, and the Duval County School Board honored the Hendricks Avenue Elementary Chess Team at the June School Board meeting.  The team was recognized for winning all three of their tournaments this year, including the Scholastic City Championship.  Not all team members could attend, but they were well represented by the following members (r to l): Charlie A., Addison B., David B., Katherine C., Charlie D., Kirby D., James F., Quinn G., Emiliano M., Keegan M., Jack O., Rivers P., Lucy P., Jeb N., and Parker R.  Congratulations again to the team and their excellent results!
