Wine Wednesday at Town Hall (and more)

The Bousquet Family, who hail from the Southern French City of Carcassonne, have a long history and prestigious wine making tradition. In 1990, the Bousquet Family arrived in Mendoza, Argentina to investigate the vineyards and wineries. They favored the unique characteristics of the region (it’s soil, it’s high altitude, it’s terroir) and in 1997, the family moved from France to the foot of the Andes to produce their organic wine. Organically grown grapes can express the purity, intensity and varietal character of the local terroir.
