FYI for those that use Philips Highway.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – As part of signal construction activities for the Florida Department of Transportation’s Philips Highway at Reba Drive Intersection Improvements project, there will be a detour on Clinton Avenue at Philips Highway on Monday, June 6 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will also be a single-lane closure on northbound Philips Highway approaching Clinton Avenue from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Detour route: Drivers who wish to access Clinton Avenue from Philips Highway will continue on Philips Highway, make a U-turn at the next median opening and take a left on Hudnall Road to access Clinton Avenue.

Traffic Control Devices Inc. is expected to complete this $2.1 million improvement project in summer 2021, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
